"I have my auto insurance through State Farm with Jim Rinehart. I had a broken windshield and Irma, office employee recommended using 801 Auto Glass. Well I did and between Irma and Ryan from 831 Auto Glass they handled it all for me. It was easy and I was very pleased with the work and the no hassle claim because they did all the legwork. What could be easier than that. 👍"

"They are so disappointing. I had a state farm agent in southern california for 37 years and loved them. I came to MOnterey and in one year, without any accidents or tickets EVER they doubled my insurance. When I asked for specifics as to why, I got nothing but generalizations and nothing that directly applied to me. I began the process of asking in February, got stalled for month after month until July when Irma (who was handling it) simply said that is the rate. No explanation."
